Jeff Brown, CHST – President & CEO

Jeff has been in different facets of the Occupational Safety Profession since 1975. In 2000, Brown Services, LLC, Brown Medical, LLC and Brown Consulting Services, LLC were created. Each company was created with the intention of providing ethical professional services to construction, manufacturing, governmental, and municipal facets of commerce. Jeff was educated at Ohio University, Central Michigan University, and Shawnee State University. He has attained multiple professional certifications through the University of Cincinnati, the University of West Virginia, BCSP, the ASSE, the OSHA Outreach Training Facility, and many other Professional Training facilities. Jeff has been an Associate Safety Professional and is presently a CHST.

  • Teresa Brown – CFO​ / Co-Owner

    Teresa earned degrees in both Business Finance and Education from Marshall University. She has worked in both Business and Education for over 20 years. She is Co-Owner of Brown Medical and serves as Chief Financial Officer.

  • Wendi Collins, BA – Executive Administrator

    Wendi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University. Her responsibilities include payroll, payroll taxes, accounts payable and financial accounting for Brown Medical.

  • Melissa Kilpatrick – Medical Services Operations Manager

    Melissa directs all facets of POM, Inc. nursing services, corporate-wide. She works out of the Wheelersburg clinic. Melissa has experience in a family practice setting as well as a state facility.

  • Carol Wells Admin/ Finance Assistant

    Carol Wells is the Administrative/Finance Assistant for POM, Inc. Her responsibilities include customer invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She also assists with drug testing in our Wheelersburg Clinic.
